Cutting Edge Logos

How to design a logo?
1. Set the name in a retail typeface
2. Cut off some corners in Illustrator
3. Cash a big check

The cutting-edge look is not just for corporate logos—you can also use it to ruin TV show logos. 
Not just some—they rounded the corners of all stem ends. And the result is terrible. 
A company sold to P&G for US$213 million. And despite all the money, they introduce this ugly cutting-edge redesign. 
We need a logo idea!
How about cutting out a little part of the e?
That will do it. 
Deleting parts of strokes in letters is usually equally silly as the uninspired rounding of corners.
